We're working with a multinational oil and gas corporation who are looking to bring on a Dutch-qualified commercial lawyer for the next 12 months during a busy period.
The role will cover all the commercial contracts in relation to the sales of the company's products.
Most of the products are petroleum/fuel based but the fundamental contracts will all be sell-side.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be Dutch qualified
- Be experienced in working on commercial contracts
- Be able to travel to the refinery in Rotterdam
- Ideally have some experience with energy/fuel, but this is not a necessity
Starting as soon as possible, the working pattern can be anything from 3-5 days per week for the right candidate.
If this role sounds like it could be of interest, we'd love to hear from you!
