We are working with a global technology giant to bring on board an eDiscovery and Forensic Technology Specialist. Strong skills in Nuix and Relativity, as well as exceptional communication and time management abilities are essential.
This role will provide vital support to our clients Forensic Technology efforts in both EMEA and APAC.
The role will see you:
- Collect and analyse data from a variety of electronic media and company data sources.
- Serve as a primary point of contact with internal merits counsel, case teams, vendors and outside counsel law firms in order to execute processes throughout the EDRM lifecycle of legal matters.
- Manage and update eDiscovery data processing and production specifications for the Company.
- Consult with case teams to develop and implement eDiscovery technical project plans.
- Monitor and research emerging eDiscovery technology tools and make recommendations on process improvements tied to new technology.
- Ability to train case teams on tools and technology to better support the life cycle of legal matters.
- Maintain appropriate documentation (SOPs) including Chain of Custody and due diligence related to collections and processing.
Ideally you will be:
- Proficient with eDiscovery platforms such as Nuix, M365, Relativity, SAAS Collection tools.
- Proficient with device collections, including experience with Cellebrite Digital Collector and Physical Analyzer in imaging and extracting data, Paladin (laptops/desktops), EnCase/FTK and other forensic collection technology tools (certification a plus).
- Abile to operate MacOSOSX for Macs, Linux based OS, and similar Command Line Interface applications.
- Understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
