We are seeking bright and ambitious paralegals to support LOD and our clients on a range of interesting assignments.

You’ll be involved in a range of work dependent upon client requirements including contracts review, drafting and negotiation. This involves working closely with stakeholders, reviewing draft agreements and associated commercial risks and ensuring all steps of the contract lifecycle are completed in a timely fashion. We support clients across the USA in a range of sectors. 

Working as part of the LOD paralegal team requires good attention to detail, along with an ability to operate with initiative and at speed. The queries and matters you work on can be varied and new, which requires resourcefulness and initiative in order to problem-solve.

Who are the LOD group?
